MACHINING SERVICES WE OFFER
CNC TURNING
We have a fleet consisting of +/- 56 LATHES, ranging from 6” to 18” in diameter, and a length of 300mm to 1500mm.
HARD TURNING
An alternative to grinding on some of our components, we perform a post heat treatment turning operation on hardnesses that exceed 45-60HRc in order to achieve a fine surface finish as required by our customer.
ROUGH MACHINING
We offer this service as a value add to service our industry, freeing up your machines to do final machining and reducing the overall wear on your machines. This also increasing your capacity for final deliverable products to your customer.
SPARK EROSION (EDM)
We have 3 specialised machines for the purpose of Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM). This accommodates further internal manufacture, rather than outsourcing, keeping our customers products cost effective.
CNC MILLING
We have a fleet of +/- 15 MACHINING CENTRES that range from 600(X) x 350(Y) x 450(Z) to 1450(X) x 950(Y) x 750(Z). Also, included in this we have a pallet changer, as well as 4th and 5th axis machining capabilities.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
With our staff having over 45 years of experience in the manufacturing and Engineering sector, we have a strong team available for reverse engineering as well as design and development of machined components, with efficiency of manufacture in mind.
